Peer Pressure Creative and The Center for Hellenic Studies at Harvard University created the heart of the Athens Dialogues Conference.

TheChallenge

The Alexander S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation organized an international conference entitled The Athens Dialogues. The conference was held in Athens on 24-27 November 2010 and it was planned as the inaugurating event of the Onassis Cultural Centre – Athens, a new cultural space with the fundamental aim of presenting, projecting and encouraging contemporary Greek culture and its dissemination beyond Greece. The Center for Hellenic Studies at Harvard University needed an informational site for its Athens Dialogues attendees as well as a social networking platform for its speakers.

TheSolution

Starting with a clean design, and utilizing a combination of WordPress and BuddyPress, we successfully executed a platform that suited The Athens Dialogues conference perfectly. WordPress gives The Athens Dialogues organizers full capability to update the informational site, while BuddyPress gives The Athens Dialogues speakers a solid social networking platform on which to network and communicate.

TheResult

We Incorporated a Social Networking platform and an Informational source for The Athens Dialogues Conference attendees. The end result is an interactive website which allows the conference attendees to interact with the conference on multiple levels.
